The company, along with Globe Trade Centre SA, is planning to build a group of urban buildings with retail and cultural functions also in Wilanów. This development will become the heart of Miasteczko Wilanów, the construction of which is managed by Polnord. The fact that Miasteczko Wilanów as a district is also recognised abroad and won an award from the Urban Land Institute demonstrating Polnord’s experience in urban development. Polnord is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
